Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Return Process

Contact our customer service team at help@coverlio.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed shipping instructions.

Carefully pack the item and ship it to the provided return address.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process above and indicate your desired replacement in your initial email.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If your order has already been processed or shipped, please follow the standard return process.
